Paid customers

Customer Agreement

Last updated: 15 June 2026

Paid Olli customers should be covered by an order form or proposal. Larger customers may also use a master services agreement.

Order form checklist

Each paid customer order should state the customer legal name, billing contact, plan, users, locations, connected systems, onboarding scope, customer responsibilities, fees, GST treatment, billing cycle, minimum term, cancellation rules, support expectations, data processing terms, and any special service commitments.

MSA checklist

An MSA should cover service scope, acceptable use, customer data, confidentiality, security, data processing, third-party integrations, AI output review, payment, suspension, termination, liability, Australian Consumer Law carve-outs, governing law, and dispute handling.

Default documents

Unless a signed document says otherwise, Olli's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and Trust page form the baseline for paid customer contracting.
